Staying on the 36th floor was an excellent experience. The rooms were fantastic, but the price could be a concern. The service was very warm and energetic, setting it apart from other upscale hotels. The location was wonderful, especially for exploring the city with convenient access to multiple metro lines. The dining experience was amazing, particularly the Iberian products. Overall, a great choice for those who appreciate quality.
